SUBJECT: EVERYONE CAN CONTRIBUTE
It doesn't matter what kind of organization you might be associated with, or a member of, you will be able to contribute something. You don't need to be an expert at everything that your group is involved with. Don't feel left out if you aren't able to do everything.
Most organizations need all kinds of assistance. You may be an expert in your field, and your group may need that kind of help. A lot of groups just need warm bodies, to just do chores, but that's okay. If you're not an expert, you may still be able to help. A problem may come up and you may be the one that has a solution.
Don't be afraid to join an organization. You might be surprised what you can contribute.
