SUBJECT: IT'S ALL FOR TRAINING
There should be no major mistakes made during special event activities and exercises. Any mistakes that are make are used as training. The only major mistakes are the ones that we don't learn from, or keep making.
Don't feel bad if you make a mistake or do something wrong while participating in special events, exercises, or drills. All of these activities should be used as learning experiences. You can read all the books, or take all of the classes, you want, but it's the real life activities where you will learn a lot.
Just remember to learn from your mistakes so you don't make them again during real emergencies and disasters. Also learn from others mistakes.
