WOOD COUNTY BULLETIN NR 16.21            DATE: May 22, 2016
SUBJECT: HELP SOLVE THE PROBLEM

How many times have you provided some kind of service for another person, agency, or organization, and find out things didn't work like you had hoped?  You might be able to make things work better if you get involved with the planning.  Find out what needs to be done, and see if you think it will work.  If it looks like there might be a problem, and you think you may have a better way of getting it done, then make the suggestion.

If your suggestion makes things go better, it makes you and your organization look better.  It doesn't mean that every suggestion you make will work, but you need to give it a try.  You may never know if your suggestion would have worked if you don't let someone know about it.  Your suggestion may have already been tried, and didn't work, just don't get discouraged.  If there's a problem with how things are going, there's got to be a better way to make it work, you just need to look at it from a different angle.

Most problems have a solution, you just have to keep looking for the answer.  It's easy to just give up looking for a better way of doing something, but it makes the problem more difficult to work with, and complete.  Any time you have a suggestion, throw your two cents worth in.  You may just have the answer.
