WOOD COUNTY BULLETIN NR 12.06           DATE: February 5, 2012
SUBJECT: DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU’RE AT?

Do you know where you’re at all times?  If you were to come upon, or see an accident, would you know exactly where you were at so there would be no time lost when you reported it?  As you are driving down an Interstate, do you remember the last Mile Marker you pasted?

To keep from losing time trying to find out where you’re at, you should always be aware of your location.  If you have to go past an incident to the next intersection, or Mile Marker, to get your location, you will have wasted time.

While moving from one location to another, you should try to remember the last intersection or Mile Marker you pasted.  If you happen to come upon an accident or incident, you will be able to report it sooner.
