SUBJECT: CHEAP TELEPHONE CONFERENCE
Have you ever thought about having a conference call using your telephone? There are times when it would be nice to communicate with several people at the same time on the telephone, and have a quick meeting, rather then set up a meeting and find a place to meet.
There are plenty of times when a short telephone meeting will resolve a problem, or makes other plans. There are companies that provide such telephone conference systems, but it cost a lot of money, may not be available when you want it, and it takes awhile to set up.
Here's an idea for a cheap conference system. How many of you have Three Way Calling on your landline telephone, or on your cellular telephone? If there's enough people with Three Way Calling, you can set up your own conference call.
Those with Three Way Calling can talk to two other people, and each of them can call another person, and each of them can add on another person. If there were enough people with Three Way Calling, you can have your own conference system.
I don't know how good it would be, but it might be something we should try to see if it would work. There may be a time in the future that a cheap and quick telephone conference call may have to be used.
