ARES DISTRICT 3 BULLETIN NR 08.01       DATE: January 06, 2008
SUBJECT: LOOKING FOR BULLETINS

As with the beginning of any new year, there's always something that needs to be done.  While I was sitting here trying to think of a bulletin to write, it hit me, I need ideas for bulletins.  Sometimes ideas for bulletins are easy to come up with, but a lot of the times I just have to reuse some of the old ones.  Of course some of the old ones need to be used to remind everyone of something they should do, but forgot to, or it's just good to refresh your memory.  If you have any ideas for bulletins let me know.  I can research for information if I don't already have it, I just need some ideas.  If you want to write the bulletin yourself, that will be just as good, if not better.  If there's something that you would like to know about, maybe we can make a bulletin out of it.  I've had a lot of people say they like to hear and/or read the bulletins; I've even had an Amateur in New Jersey send me an E-Mail, asking if he could use the bulletins, after he found them on our website.  The bulletins are written to help prepare us be better communicators, or to keep us, and our communications equipment ready to provide the communications that are sometimes needed.  These bulletins can be used by any agency that finds them useful.
